Unless otherwise noted, orders usually ship within 48 hours of being placed. Made-to-order items will ship about 2 weeks after they are finalized.
US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Cost will be calculated during checkout. Orders should arrive 2-3 days after shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided.
Canadian orders ship via USPS First Class ($10 per order + $2 per item) or Priority Mail ($30 per order + $2 per item). Priority Mail should arrive in 6-10 days; First Class may take up to 14 days. Tracking numbers are provided when available.
All other international orders ship via USPS First Class ($16 per order + $2 per item). Transit time varies from country to country, but may take 3 weeks or more. Tracking numbers are provided when available.
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us right away. New unworn items (ready-to-ship and made-to-order) are returnable for refund, unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The full purchase price will be refunded, less any shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure speedy delivery of your purchase, work on custom orders begins soon after ordering. Because of this, custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellations or returns requested after this time will incur a fee of 10%.

Payment information (including the personal information above, your credit card number, expiration date, and security code) is transmitted directly to Stripe for payment processing and handled according to their policies as stated here: https://stripe.com/us/privacy/. Your full credit card number is never disclosed to me.

There are several different forms on my website through which you can provide personal information (including newsletter signup forms, requests for information, wholesale access requests, and wholesale order forms). The information you provide through these forms will be used only as specified on the form. It may be shared with 3rd party providers (such as MailChimp for newsletters) as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided. It will never be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. Your information can be removed from my records by making an email request or clicking the “unsubscribe” option included with all email newsletters.
