Orders may be placed via email at email@example.com, through IndieMe.com (artist #96413), or using this Online Form. If you prefer to order by phone, please send an email with your contact number and the most convenient time to receive a call.
Products may be ordered individually with a 6-piece $250 opening order minimum to qualify for wholesale pricing. Ordering any one of the available sets fulfills the opening order requirement. There is a 4-piece $100 reorder minimum requirement. Payment Payment is due prior to shipping by MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, or company check (with a 10-day delay); international orders must be prepaid via bank wire transfer only. A deposit may be required for large opening orders or custom work. Delayed payment may result in required prepayment for all future orders.
Fulfillment & Shipping
All items are made to order in my Silver Spring, MD (USA) studio and ship within 30 days unless otherwise arranged (dependent on current order volume and order size). Expected ship date will be provided with order confirmation. Orders ship insured worldwide via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Free domestic shipping for all opening orders and orders totaling $800 or more.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of receiving order confirmation. Any cancellation after that time may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to be paid within 15 days of cancellation. Shipment dates that have been pushed back by the buyer more than 60 days from the original estimated shipment date will be counted as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee. Unpaid fees will be sent to a collection agency after 90 days. Amount due will include all legal and agency fees.
I stand by the quality of all Sherri O Designs products. Defective products may be returned at Sherri O Design’s expense for replacement or refund (subject to minimum order requirement) within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me promptly with any return request.
